Our law firm advised Batelco, a multimillion telecommunication and power company on acquisitions and mergers, Umniah, a leading telecommunication provider in Jordan on licensing, regulatory and operating procedures, and the Palestinian Telecommunication Company in the formation and licensing of Ayla Consultancy and Investments offering dual-play products providing broadband internet and voice services based on IP-Centrex providing SOHO/SMB with a virtual PBX functionality.
